28 Luglio 2025 - According to analysis by JLL, Italy’s logistics, commercial and industrial real estate sector continues to prove profitable for investors in the first half of 2025, with a year-on-year growth of 66% and 950,000 square metres leased—driven above all by third-party logistics operators (3PLs).

Msc pulls out of Italian Cortenuova freight terminal project

Crime in logistics down in May 2025
23 Luglio 2025 - According to the Transported Asset Protection Association (Tapa), criminal activity targeting freight transport and logistics in the Emea region declined in May 2025 compared to the same month the previous year. However, financial losses remain high. Germany ranked first in the number of incidents reported.

Million-euro seizure at Samag Holding Logistics, now in liquidation
22 Luglio 2025 - Samag Holding Logistics is the Italian company that saw part of 47 million euros seized in July 2025 as part of a Milan-based investigation into large-scale fraud and the unlawful supply of labour within the logistics network of supermarket chain GS. The logistics firm has been in liquidation since February.

Casello A14 di Riccione chiuso per autocisterna in fiamme
Un'autocisterna carica di carburante si è ribaltata e ha preso fuoco nei pressi del casello A14 di Riccione nel primo pomeriggio del 18 giugno 2026, causando due feriti ma nessuna vittima accertata. Vigili del Fuoco da Rimini, Forlì e Pesaro sono intervenuti per spegnere l'incendio e gestire il traffico bloccato in entrambe le direzioni.
