Still announced on 15 June 2026 the update of four models in its warehouse range: the Exh-S 20-25 and Exh 14 electric pallet trucks and the Exv 14-20 and Exp 14-20 pedestrian stackers. The new trucks are part of a gradual improvement programme launched the previous year with the renewal of the Exv 10C-16C, Exd 18C-20C and Exh-L 16-20 models. "The sector is characterised by great dynamism. Requirements and applications often change rapidly and radically, requiring companies to show a high degree of flexibility and adaptability", explains Marco Fornara, Head of Sales & Marketing Support at Still Italia. "For us, this means continuously developing and optimising our solutions and our trucks, so that we can always offer customers the best and most tailored response to their needs". The launch of the four updated models follows shortly after the presentation of Axl iGo, Still’s first solution for automated truck loading and unloading, and is consistent with that technical direction: increasing operational flexibility and reducing the workload for operators, both in manual operations and assisted processes.
The Exh-S 20-25 is a pallet truck with a fixed platform designed for demanding long-distance operations. It has a load capacity of 2,500 kg and a maximum speed of 14 km/h. The tiller has been redesigned with an integrated display, a choice that reflects operators’ preference for managing the truck through a familiar control element, similar to those already used on conventional pedestrian-operated trucks. Among the new safety features, the model is equipped with a SafetyLight integrated into the chassis, which projects a light signal onto the floor to indicate the truck’s presence in traffic areas.
The intelligent foot sensor adds a further level of protection: it can be configured either to allow the truck to move only when the operator’s feet are within the outline of the vehicle, or to limit speed to reduced mode when one or both feet are detected by the sensor in an abnormal position. The platform suspension, available in the Plus version, reduces the stresses transmitted to the operator on uneven floors or during extended work cycles. For operational management, the Exh-S 20-25 is compatible with the Still Smart Portal fleet management system, which makes it possible to monitor usage parameters, battery range and vehicle status throughout the truck’s life cycle.

The Exh 14, by contrast, is aimed at lighter applications and short routes. With a load capacity of 1,400 kg, the pallet truck is designed for horizontal transport in confined spaces. One of its design features is manoeuvrability with the tiller fully extended: the vehicle can be driven even in conditions where other pallet trucks would require reversing or route adjustments. Its compact dimensions also make the Exh 14 suitable for transport in the load compartment of a truck, a function that increases flexibility in delivery operations or internal distribution.
The Exv 14-20 and Exp 14-20 pedestrian stackers are equipped with what Still describes as a high-power, low-maintenance motor, with a maximum load capacity of 2,000 kg. The common version of the two models includes the Still tiller in the extra-long configuration, allowing a greater distance to be maintained between the operator and the body of the truck during travel. The OptiSpeed system, integrated into the tiller, automatically adjusts the truck’s speed according to the angle of the tiller: at smaller angles, typical of close-quarter manoeuvring, speed is restricted, while at larger angles, corresponding to travel in an aisle, full operating speed is released. In combination, the Curve Speed Control assistance system intervenes when cornering and in narrow aisles, automatically reducing speed to maintain load stability and operator safety during start-up and braking.
The two models differ in their field of application. The Exv 14-20 is optimised for operations in narrow aisles with storage heights of up to six metres, with a compact turning radius that makes it suitable for warehouses with compact racking and restricted passageways. The Exp 14-20 is geared towards operational flexibility: its adjustable cantilever forks allow a wide variety of load units to be handled, including those with non-standard dimensions or shapes, and enable the use of additional equipment through optional hydraulic functions. All four models in the renewed range can be configured with lithium-ion batteries.
