Arcese is expanding its offer in luxury logistics with the launch of A-Luxe, a solution dedicated to the transport and custody of jewellery and watches, developed in partnership with specialist operator Huxe. The new service, announced on 7 September 2026, has been created to meet growing demand for high-value logistics in the jewellery and watch sector. It is managed by a France-based company and combines secure transport, high-security storage and customs brokerage expertise. The alliance brings together Arcese’s European network and Huxe’s specialist capabilities, with the operator already active in handling precious goods, watches and works of art across Europe, Asia and the United States. The first facilities equipped with vaults are already operational in Paris, while a second platform is being developed in southern France.
The assets include a dedicated fleet of armoured vehicles and high-security vehicles, as well as certified vault storage infrastructure, enabling the company to cover the entire logistics chain without relying on external providers. The service uses a night-time road transport model between major European cities, designed to reduce transit times and cut carbon dioxide emissions compared with traditional daytime solutions.
"Luxury logistics requires much more than operational excellence: it requires trust, expertise and a deep understanding of customers’ needs," said Matteo Arcese, chief executive of the group, adding that A-Luxe combines Arcese’s European network with strategic partnerships and tailor-made services for luxury brands. Paolo Salini, chief executive of Huxe, focused on the integration between the two networks, noting that the expansion in France brings together Arcese’s scale and European reach with Huxe’s specialist expertise in high-value goods logistics, creating a truly integrated offer rather than two separate capabilities.
