Bracchi has acquired Vim and Greenway Logistics, Benelux companies providing logistics services to small and medium-sized brands in the fashion, sports and lifestyle sectors, for an undisclosed sum. With this transaction, the Italian group is entering the Dutch market and gaining direct access to Northern Europe, following its acquisitions of Mateco in 2024 and Rostock Trans in 2026. Vim and Greenway Logistics are based in the Venlo-Tegelen logistics area, one of Europe’s main logistics hubs, creating complementary coverage between Bracchi’s Italian and Southern European operations and the Dutch companies’ position in Northern Europe. With the addition of the two brands, the group’s revenue exceeds €270 million and its workforce rises to more than 700 employees, with a total portfolio of over 1,750 customers.
Vim is a third-party integrated logistics service provider, offering inbound transport, warehousing, handling and outbound transport. Its one-stop-shop model is aimed at brands seeking integrated operational support across the entire supply chain, and Vim also acts as a warehousing provider for non-European brands looking to expand in Europe. Greenway Logistics, meanwhile, provides procurement and consultancy services for parcel shipments, express services, and sea and air freight. By aggregating customer demand and drawing on a network of international carriers and local logistics providers, the company gives small and medium-sized businesses access to more cost-effective logistics solutions, as well as services including shipment consolidation, CO2 emissions monitoring and logistics regulatory compliance.
The two brands broaden Bracchi’s service portfolio and open up new commercial opportunities that combine transport, warehousing, fulfilment and freight forwarding, strengthening the group’s position as a logistics provider for the fashion and lifestyle sectors. The deal is part of Bracchi’s active acquisition-led growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in the most attractive end markets and expanding its portfolio of value-added logistics services. "We are pleased to welcome our colleagues and partners at Vim and Greenway Logistics to the Bracchi family," said Umberto Ferretti, CEO of Bracchi, stressing that the business model of the two brands complements that of the group and will help accelerate growth in Northern European markets through commercial and operational synergies. Willem-Jan Drost, CEO of the Vim and Greenway Logistics group, expressed a similar view, saying that joining Bracchi offers an opportunity to accelerate the development of the two companies within a broader European logistics platform while preserving the entrepreneurial approach and flexibility that distinguish them.
The transaction is backed by the Argos Climate Action fund, the European private equity vehicle focused on decarbonising portfolio companies, which is supporting Bracchi’s acquisition-led growth strategy. Argos is an independent private equity group with more than €2.5 billion in assets under management and operates across four European regions – Benelux, DACH, France and Italy – through six offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Milan and Paris. Alongside Climate Action, Argos also manages its Mid-Market fund. The group generally targets majority stakes, with investments ranging from €15 million to €100 million per transaction. In the deal, Argos was advised by DC Advisory on M&A, Forvis Mazars on financial and tax due diligence, Dutch law firm Van Till Advocaten on legal due diligence, and Mactavish as insurance adviser for the W&I warranty.
