On July 30, 2024, Emirates SkyCargo and Beta Trans announced a multi-year contract for cargo handling and ground services at Milan Malpensa Airport. Under this collaboration, Beta Trans will manage over 22,000 tons of goods annually for Emirates SkyCargo. This includes fashion products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, furniture, machinery, artworks, and Italian gourmet specialties. The partnership will leverage Beta Trans' advanced facilities, which include a 13,000 square meter warehouse with an area dedicated exclusively to Emirates, automated storage and transport systems, and equipment for handling special and urgent cargo.

With Beta Trans as our partner, we aim to enhance service offerings and increase cargo flows in and out of Malpensa."
