Widget 2.0 is now online on the fslogistix.com digital platform, marking the latest development of FS Logistix’s integrated portal. The new feature was presented in Milan on 14 May 2026 during Transpotec Logitec, with the aim of making access to intermodal transport and logistics services clearer for customers. The widget turns the service request entered by the user into a dedicated proposal. The application simplifies contact with the sales network and directly shows the transport options available, bringing together operational information on routes, transit times and vehicles in a single interface.
The new version introduces a route map and practical data on distance, journey times, vehicles used and carbon dioxide emissions saved. For logistics and freight transport operators, these elements can narrow the gap between the initial request and a concrete assessment of the alternatives available, especially when intermodal options need to be compared with other solutions. The launch confirms the direction taken by FS Logistix for its digital interface: integrating services, the sales network and operational information into a single access point. The fslogistix.com platform was launched in May 2025 to offer Italian and international customers a single channel for logistics services along the entire value chain, with a customer-focused approach.
Chief executive Sabrina De Filippis described fslogistix.com as one of the main tools in FS Logistix’s industrial strategy and in strengthening Gruppo FS’s presence across the entire supply chain. According to the chief executive, the platform helps create "an integrated ecosystem in which infrastructure, services and digital technology work together to offer customers increasingly clear and accessible solutions throughout the entire process".
