On 28 April 2025, the shareholders’ meeting of Midolini group approved the company’s first consolidated financial statement. The results presented to the shareholders show a production value of 45 million euros, with a pre-tax profit of 1.7 million euros. This outcome reflects strong operational performance across all areas of activity during the year. Of particular note is the shareholders’ equity, which as of 31 December 2024 reached 11.5 million euros, accounting for roughly one third of the total assets. “These results confirm the soundness of the strategic decisions we have taken and reflect the commitment, expertise and passion that our people bring to their work every day,” commented chief executive officer Giacomo Pittini.
Midolini group is an Italian industrial enterprise with more than 70 years of experience in lifting operations, exceptional transport, integrated logistics and port services. Founded in 1950, the company has evolved into a holding structure that coordinates various specialised operating companies. Among these, Midlift handles lifting and exceptional transport thanks to a fleet of over 120 vehicles, offering turnkey solutions including design, feasibility studies and skilled operators.
Midway focuses on integrated logistics, providing tailored services in handling, picking, identification and reworking for industrial sectors. Midsea, Gruppo Servizi Trieste and other group companies cover the entire chain of regional port services, handling more than three million tonnes of goods annually across the ports of Trieste, Monfalcone and Porto Nogaro. Workplace safety and training are managed by M-Safe, while in-house mechanical workshops ensure the maintenance and efficiency of the entire fleet.
During 2025, the group plans to complete significant real estate projects, including the creation of dedicated spaces for its academy and the expansion of Midlift’s logistics hub in Udine. In addition, following upgrades at the Seaway site in Trieste and Midsea in Monfalcone, the headquarters of Gruppo Servizi Trieste (GST) in Trieste is also undergoing a major renovation. Midolini group is committed to consolidating its new corporate structure and increasing the efficiency of its internal processes, preparing for a 2026 that will include investments in new machinery and equipment.
