On 20 November 2025, the French transport company Jacky Perrenot communicated its plan to acquire the Dutch operator Vos Logistics. The integration of the two businesses would create a pan-European organisation with an extended domestic network and greater capacity in international transport. The statement notes that the combined perimeter would reach around €1.7 billion in revenues and more than 12,000 employees across Europe. The merger would enable the new entity to expand its geographical coverage, improve operational performance and flexibility in logistics activities, and offer an integrated service portfolio for industry, distribution, healthcare, construction and e-commerce.
Philippe Givone, president of Jacky Perrenot, linked the transaction to the group’s growth strategy and to the development of a European operator focused on sustainability in transport and logistics. Managing director Philippe Cuoc highlighted the technological, operational and environmental transformation under way in the sector and said the aim was to speed up this transition to reinforce the company’s role as a long-term partner for European customers. Frank Verhoeven, managing director of Vos Logistics, described the project as an opportunity to build a complementary European network in transport and logistics.
Following the acquisition of UK-based ArrowXL in June 2025, the French group is confirming its intention to strengthen its position in the European logistics market. According to the statement, the initiative aims to bring together two companies with long-standing experience in international transport, multi-country distribution and third-party logistics. Vos Logistics, a European operator based in the Netherlands, has 35 branches in six countries and generates €370 million in annual revenue, specialising in cross-border activities and value-added logistics services.
