On 3 September 2026, Girteka Group announced that its Tndm Trucking division would from then on operate as Girteka Dedicated. The move does not affect the service structure, meaning there will be no changes to staff assigned to customers or to existing contracted logistics solutions. The rebranding brings under the main brand a business that had maintained a separate commercial identity since 2022. It is part of the strategy the group calls One Girteka, which aims to bring its different business units under a single visual identity while preserving their respective operational specialisations.
The company behind Girteka Dedicated has changed its name several times. Established in Lithuania in 2012 as Transuva, it became Girteka Fleet in February 2017, the year the group launched its dedicated fleet service. On 16 June 2022, the same entity was renamed Tndm Trucking, which was presented at the time as a standalone brand within the group. The division is headed by Eva Leckaitė-Končanina, who succeeded Andrius Ivašauskas, who had led Tndm Trucking following the group's 2023 reorganisation.
Girteka Dedicated provides road haulage services dedicated to individual customers: commercial vehicles, drivers and, where necessary, trailers are permanently assigned to meet the requirements of a specific customer, with capacity that can be adjusted in line with changes in demand. The model differs from standard full truckload transport because part of the fleet operates primarily for a single customer, following agreed corridors, loading and unloading windows and procedures. The customer retains control over the planning of its logistics network without having to own or directly manage a vehicle fleet. The division draws on the group's resources, which include a fleet of around 6,500 tractor units and 8,000 trailers, with an average age of 2.5 years following an order for 2,800 new tractor units in 2025. The group employs around 15,000 people, including 12,000 drivers, with its operational bases concentrated mainly in Lithuania and Poland.
The One Girteka strategy is led by the group's CEO, Edvardas Liachovičius, who has held the position since April 2025, succeeding Jeroen Eijsink. Internal group communications, publicly shared by some executives, describe a plan covering the period from 2026 to 2030 that aims to achieve more disciplined execution and more predictable results across its different divisions, from dedicated fleets and temperature-controlled transport to intermodal operations. Girteka ended 2025 with revenue of €1.31 billion, in a year that the group's CFO, Marius Junda, described as difficult for European road haulage because of the overcapacity and pressure on rates that continued to affect the market.
