In intralogistics and industrial handling, the reliability of equipment marks the difference between an efficient workflow and an operational bottleneck. It is in this context that Hyundai Material Handling has introduced the new 25/30/35DE-9V diesel forklift series, developed with the aim of combining durability, versatility and cost-effectiveness. According to the company, these machines are capable of operating effectively in both warehouse environments and outdoor loading areas, tackling rain, mud, uneven ground and steep slopes with confidence. The chassis, shared with Hyundai’s high-end models, ensures a structural robustness designed to withstand prolonged and intensive use.
The DE-9V series covers a capacity range from 2,500 to 3,500 kg, offering a solution suitable for both light-duty operations and more demanding applications, with the possibility of configuring the truck according to specific operational needs. Operators benefit from enclosed cabins for weather protection, ergonomic controls and a driver environment designed to ensure comfort and safety throughout the entire shift.
The HD Hyundai Infracore diesel engine powering the new models complies with the latest European emissions regulations (Stage V), delivering high torque alongside low fuel consumption and reduced emissions. Maintenance intervals have been extended from 500 to 1,000 hours, positively impacting machine uptime and overall operating costs.
