In 2024, Easter falls on the last Sunday of March, and, as is customary, the Italian Ministry's calendar establishes a ban on the movement for commercial vehicles weighing over 7.5 tons on the days leading up to and following the holiday, albeit with varying hours. In total, there will be five days of restrictions. The first day will be Friday, March 29, starting at 2:00 PM and ending at 10:00 PM. The following day, the restriction begins at 9:00 AM and lasts until 4:00 PM. On Easter Sunday, the usual Sunday hours will apply (from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM), which will also be in effect on Monday, April 1. The final day of the ban will be April 2, starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 2:00 PM. It is also important to note that there will be an additional traffic ban on Thursday, April 25, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
