With effect from 1 May 2026, Auta Marocchi has completed the operational integration of Dissegna Logistics, with the aim of strengthening coordination between road, rail and maritime transport along the main continental corridors, improving flow management and visibility across the logistics chain. Within the new perimeter, Auta Marocchi reports 2025 revenues of around €267 million, more than 1,070 employees, and a fleet of approximately 749 tractors and over 2,352 semi-trailers and swap bodies. Its operational presence includes 20 units in Italy and 13 companies and branches across Europe and Turkey, managing more than 1,175 trips per day. This scale supports an integrated model with greater operational continuity along international routes.
The integration of Dissegna marks a step in the Group’s development strategy, aimed at greater alignment between the different components of combined transport. The new structure enables smoother management of logistics flows, reducing organisational complexity and allowing more direct control of operations. In this context, the simplification of the operating structure results in a more streamlined platform capable of supporting growing volumes without a proportional increase in management complexity.
A key element of this operation is the balance between owned fleet and external capacity. The reorganisation allows both components to be optimised, improving cost control while maintaining high service levels. This approach responds to the flexibility requirements typical of intermodal traffic, where demand variability calls for dynamic resource management. Dissegna’s contribution also strengthens the Group’s presence in European traffic, particularly in rail and short-sea connections, with an extension into the temperature-controlled transport segment. The year 2026 also represents a symbolic milestone for Auta Marocchi, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary in September.
