On July 17, 2024, Sailpost Group announced the acquisition of Fenix, a national and international road transport company based in Lodi. This acquisition aims to boost the Italian operations of Sailpost's Linehaul division, increasing its fleet and operational expertise. Fenix will continue to operate under its own name. Linehaul manages over 19,000 industrial vehicles to handle more than 400 daily routes. "We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of Fenix, a company we have actively collaborated with for years, and we are confident it will become a valuable asset in the growth journey of Linehaul and our entire Group," said Valterio Castelli, President of Sailpost Group. "The road transport market has faced complex years during the pandemic, and the subsequent years have also seen significant changes.
