By acquiring the European division of the American logistics multinational C.H. Robinson, completed on 3 February 2025, the digital freight forwarder sennder strengthens its full truckload operations. This transaction places sennder among the top five European operators in the full truckload road transport sector, with a presence spanning over twenty locations. The acquisition of C.H. Robinson's European arm is part of a growth strategy that has already seen sennder involved in major operations, including the purchase of Uber Freight’s European division in 2021 and joint ventures with Poste Italiane and Scania. The aim is to accelerate the digitalisation and electrification of road transport by introducing more innovative tools and methodologies. A key aspect of the deal is the bolstering of the management team, with three senior figures from C.H. Robinson joining the company's leadership: Chris Mills as Chief Operating Officer, Christoffer Haldemar as Chief Commercial Officer, and Arkadiusz Glinka as Head of Operations.
