At the beginning of April 2026, the Italian group Leviahub announced the acquisition of Master Informatica and Hedyla, two Spanish companies specialising in digital solutions for transport and logistics. The move is designed to consolidate its presence in the Iberian Peninsula and reinforce its operations at European level. The deal forms part of the group’s internationalisation strategy, focused on creating an integrated hub to digitalise the supply chain across the continent.
Master Informatica, based in Murcia, develops management software tailored to the transport and logistics sector. Its modular architecture solutions enable integrated management of journeys and shipments, coordination of fleets and drivers, planning of operational activities and process automation. The platform also supports integration with GPS systems, ERP platforms and accounting tools, facilitating unified management of information flows.
Hedyla, headquartered in Barcelona, specialises in route optimisation technologies and next-generation transport management systems. The company stands out for its use of artificial intelligence applied to logistics, with solutions already deployed in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. Its offering is designed to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and ensure full visibility across the entire supply chain.
The integration of the two companies’ expertise and teams is expected to accelerate the development of advanced solutions, in line with evolving demand in the logistics sector, which is increasingly focused on digitalisation and system integration. The transaction is part of a broader strategy that has seen Leviahub integrate several specialised companies in recent years, building a structured ecosystem. The group now brings together Devlop, GSi Software, Pionira, Endurance, Digitalhub, Master Informatica, Hedyla and European Consulting Company, all united by the goal of developing innovative, integrated solutions.
