Poland’s demand for qualified drivers is reaching Brazil through a recruitment event for professional drivers. The initiative toke place in São Paulo on Thursday 4 June 2026 and will involve two Polish international transport operators, Tas Logistyka, formerly Fuh Tas, and Bianco Logistic. They will interview Brazilian drivers selected by the M/Brazil agency. The aim is to meet growing demand for professional drivers among Polish freight transport and logistics companies. The agency’s founder, Marcelo Toledo, said the goal was to recruit at least 50 drivers a month who are interested in moving to Poland.
The initiative represents a further channel for labour cooperation between Brazil and Eastern Europe in a sector where driver shortages continue to affect European Union supply chains. For Polish companies, international recruitment is an operational tool for maintaining transport capacity and continuity in road services, particularly on long-haul routes. M/Brazil said all work visa applications it has handled through the Polish consulate have so far been approved.
The agency also said that the first group of Brazilian drivers is expected to begin working in Poland during June 2026, once the procedures required for their relocation and integration into company fleets have been completed. The search for drivers is not limited to Poland: M/Brazil said it is also recruiting drivers for transport companies in Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia and Italy.
