Digitalisation has firmly established itself as a key driver in the evolution of logistics, and Transporeon takes stock each year at its Summit. The 2025 edition, taking place in Amsterdam on 24 and 25 September, will place particular emphasis on artificial intelligence. More than seven hundred industry professionals are expected to attend, including shippers, carriers, logistics service providers, retailers and consignees, among them logistics and supply chain directors from global companies such as Amazon Freight, Lkw Walter, FM Logistic, Rockwool, Asics, ZF Group, Lantmännen Unibake and Fercam.
In addition to the main plenary session, the programme will feature a series of conferences exploring how integrating AI into logistics processes can lead not only to smarter logistics, but also to improvements in efficiency, resilience and sustainability—an approach that mirrors a growing trend across the industry. There will also be discussions on the strategic benefits of data-driven transport sourcing and planning, and the vital role of collaborative networks in strengthening supply chain resilience.
“The Transporeon Summit is where leaders and experts come together to connect, explore cutting-edge trends and discover the new technologies already shaping the future,” says Philip Pfister, VP at Transporeon. “In an era of rapid change, understanding technologies such as AI is no longer just an advantage—it is essential. After the success of our summits in London, Barcelona and Vienna, Amsterdam, the European transport hub, is the logical next step. The historic Beurs van Berlage provides the ideal backdrop. I invite all industry professionals to join us for this key moment of exchange and growth in the heart of Europe’s logistics landscape.”
