Munich has once again confirmed its status as the European capital of logistics with the 2025 edition of transport logistic, which concluded on 5 June 2025 with record-breaking numbers compared to previous editions: 2,722 exhibitors from 73 countries and more than 77,000 visitors representing over 130 nations. The event’s success is also reflected in the expansion of the exhibition area to 150,000 square metres, a clear sign of the steady growth of a sector facing increasingly complex challenges, but also brimming with opportunities for innovation.
This year’s edition focused on emerging technologies. Key themes discussed in conferences, round tables and workshops included artificial intelligence applied to flow management, smart platforms, autonomous transport systems and cybersecurity.
One of the major innovations of the 2025 edition was the expansion of the exhibition area dedicated to air freight transport. Air Cargo Europe, an event integrated into the main fair, occupied two entire halls, highlighting the systemic role of the sector, particularly for critical deliveries linked to e-commerce and the medical field. The next edition of Transport logistic will return to the Bavarian capital in 2027, but earlier than the recently concluded one: from 26 to 29 April.
