This measure is set out in the Mit Decree of 2 July 2025, published in Official Gazette no. 168 on 22 July, amending the decree of 14 February 2000 to align with EU Directive 2022/362. The data to be included concern the emissions stated in the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and the CO2 emission class at the time of first registration, through the new field V.10. A follow-up decree will define the procedures for updating certificates of vehicles already in circulation.
