On 17 September 2025 Leviahub confirmed the acquisition of Gsi Software, a Cádiz-based firm focused on digital platforms for the supply chain. The move is part of the Italian group’s international growth strategy. Already established in Spain with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, Leviahub is consolidating its presence in what it considers a strategic market for European logistics.
The addition of Gsi Software broadens Leviahub’s technology portfolio, particularly with an advanced platform dedicated to local customs procedures. The company identifies this segment as a key area for the Spanish market, with growth potential linked to rising trade flows and the increasing demand for integrated digital solutions to manage documentation and operations.
With this acquisition, Leviahub brings in new expertise and strengthens its ability to deliver end-to-end services across the supply chain. The group, which already includes businesses such as Nova Systems, Ithings, Digitalhub, Beconnecthub and European Consulting Company, aims to build an ecosystem covering logistics, customs and process digitalisation.
The deal also marks a strategic step in Leviahub’s European expansion. Founded in Italy, the company continues its path of internationalisation, viewing the Iberian Peninsula as a crucial hub for maritime and land transport, while reinforcing its position as a provider of technology solutions for logistics.
