DSV Solutions Italy, a subsidiary of the Swedish multinational DSV that handles third-party logistics, has entered into an agreement with Ceramiche Richetti to acquire a site in Maranello, located in the province of Modena. This acquisition aims to expand its logistics platform dedicated to the Italian Motor Valley. The contract, valued at approximately 100 million euros, will expand DSV's current site to 100,000 square meters. The acquired area is a brownfield site, currently hosting a building that will be demolished to construct the new facility. DSV is experiencing growth in Italian third-party logistics, already managing 600,000 square meters across the country. Recent acquisitions include three facilities in Aprilia, Calvenzano, and Settala, totaling 125,000 square meters.
