On 26 February 2025, Savino Del Bene announced the opening of a logistics platform in the Netherlands, situated in Hoofddorp. The facility includes a 2,200-square-metre warehouse and 1,362 square metres of office space. During the opening ceremony, executive vice president Fabio Nocentini highlighted the country's significance in international trade: "The Netherlands plays a crucial role in our expansion plans in Europe. This new facility will enable us to serve an economically and geographically strategic area while also establishing a hub for goods movement across Northern Europe."
Located in close proximity to Amsterdam and major commercial and transport hubs, the new Hoofddorp logistics centre offers significant operational advantages. Its strategic position allows customers to benefit from faster transit times, efficient last-mile solutions and more agile shipment management. Raymond van den Hoogen, branch manager of Savino Del Bene Amsterdam, added: "Having our own warehouse in the Netherlands enables us to provide faster, more cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions. Our customers will have access to tailored storage, consolidation and distribution services all in one place. This flexibility allows for scalable operations without being tied to rigid third-party contracts, while also ensuring greater visibility and transparency in supply chain management."
