Forto Flash, AI for logistics
Forto has introduced "Flash by Forto", a next-generation AI agent that automates operational flows in logistics, enhancing speed, intelligence and consistency in shipment execution. Flash assists operators at every stage of the shipping cycle, from booking to invoicing, by automating routine decisions and communications. Powered by advanced language models and a proprietary dataset, Flash processes emails, suggests actions, fills out documents in real time and scales across thousands of active shipments. Already in use for export flows, it also supports invoicing and post-shipment communications. Forto plans to extend it to imports, air freight and supplier management.
