On 4 December 2024, Linde Material Handling announced an expansion of its intralogistics vehicle range, unveiling new double stackers and compact pallet trucks designed to operate efficiently in space-constrained settings such as supermarkets, warehouses, and production lines. These new models combine manoeuvrability, safety, and versatility. The D06, D08, and D10 models are double stackers capable of transporting two loads simultaneously: up to one tonne on the initial lift, and, depending on the model, 0.6, 0.8, or one tonne on free lift.
Among the latest additions, the D08 M model stands out, featuring a single mast for improved visibility of both the load and the surroundings. With a load capacity of up to 0.8 tonnes and a lift height of 1,590 mm, the D08 M stacker is particularly suited for transporting goods and restocking supermarket shelves. The new stackers feature the OptiLift control system, which offers precise adjustment of the lifting speed, facilitating load management and enhancing operational efficiency. All three models are available with various battery options, including lithium-ion and lead-acid.
The new Linde T16L pallet truck is designed to improve operator comfort during order picking and shelf replenishment. Its ergonomic lifting function allows the forks to be raised to a working height of 675 mm, enabling operators to handle loads while maintaining proper posture, reducing strain on the back and joints. With a length of 1,742 mm and a width of 720 mm, the T16L can easily operate in narrow aisles and tight spaces. This pallet truck can also handle slopes of up to 20%, maintaining high performance even under challenging conditions.
Safety is at the heart of the T16L's design, with a chassis equipped with a lower skirt to protect the operator's feet and a low-mounted tiller that ensures an optimal safety distance during operation. Advanced features include an automatic lift function that adjusts fork height based on the load, reducing operational times and boosting overall efficiency. All new D06, D08, D10 stackers and the T16L pallet truck are equipped with the option to install active foot protection, a system that automatically stops the vehicle upon contact, providing a superior level of operator safety.
