In early July 2025, the Romanian recruitment platform angajarisoferi.ro published a job advertisement seeking industrial vehicle drivers on behalf of Gruber Logistics to expand its international exceptional transport services. Applicants must hold a CE driving licence, but no prior experience in exceptional transport is required. The advertisement states that the monthly salary starts at 3,500 euros, with an additional daily allowance of 95 euros, and specific bonuses for exceptional transport. Night hours and overtime are paid, and all expenses related to travel, medical checks, and documentation (including passport fees) are fully reimbursed by the company.
Gruber also offers a seniority-based reward system, granting increasing benefits over time. Another feature highlighted in the announcement is the availability of Scania Euro VI trucks. Each truck is equipped with a phone and internet connection, a personal card for logistical expenses, and individual protective equipment, which is provided and renewed annually.
New hires will receive training in exceptional transport, supported by continuous assistance in Romanian, thanks to a dedicated team of dispatchers. Working hours are flexible: drivers can choose between four weeks of work followed by two weeks of rest, or nine weeks followed by three, always in compliance with European regulations on driving hours and rest periods.
